PASSIVE VOICE

A) Present Simple Tense: Be (is, am, are) + past participle.
e.g. Tara cleans the windows every week. The windows are cleaned every week.

B) Past Simple Tense: Be (was/were) + past participle.
e.g. Tara cleaned the windows. The windows were cleaned.

C) Present Continuous Tense: (is/am/are) + being + p.p.
e.g. Tara is cleaning the room now. The room is being cleaned.

D) Past Continuous Tense: (was/were) + being + p.p.
e.g. Tara was cleaning the room now. The room was being cleaned.

E) Present Perfect Tense: (has/have) + been + p.p.
e.g. Tara has cleaned the rooms. The rooms have been cleaned.

F) Past Perfect Tense: (had) + been + p.p.
e.g. Tara had cleaned the rooms. The rooms had been cleaned.

G) Present Perfect Continuous Tense: (has/have) + been + being + p.p.
e.g. Tara has been cleaning the rooms. The rooms have been being cleaned.

H) Past Perfect Continuous Tense: (had) + been + being + p.p.
e.g. Tara had been cleaning the rooms. The rooms had been being cleaned.

I) Infinitive: auxiliary + infinitive verb = auxiliary + be + p.p.
e.g. Tara will clean the room. The room will be cleaned.

J) Perfect Infinitive: auxiliary + have +p.p = auxiliary + have + been +p.p.
e.g. Tara should have cleaned the room. The room should have been cleaned.
